Client Agreement

The Elle Fair Method

1. Nature of the Service

The Elle Fair Method is a structured, therapy-informed coaching approach designed to support insight translated into real-life change.

This is not psychotherapy or counselling.
It does not constitute mental health treatment, diagnosis, or clinical intervention.

2. Suitability

This service is intended for individuals seeking structured, forward-focused support.

It is not suitable for those who:

  • Are currently in crisis

  • Require therapeutic or psychiatric support

  • Need clinical intervention or ongoing mental health treatment

If at any stage this becomes apparent, this will be discussed and appropriate support or referral may be recommended.

3. Structure of the Method

The Elle Fair Method is delivered as a 6-week programme, including:

  • Weekly 50-minute sessions

  • One additional check-in per week (approx. 15 minutes)

  • Ongoing messaging support (responses within 48 business hours)

This structure is designed to support consistency, accountability, and real-time application.

4. Communication & Boundaries

Messaging support is available between sessions for guidance and accountability.

  • Responses are provided within 48 business hours

  • Support is not continuous or in real-time

  • This service is not monitored for emergencies

If you require urgent or crisis support, you must contact appropriate services.

5. Responsibility & Outcomes

The Method is a collaborative process.

While guidance, structure, and support are provided:

  • You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes

  • Results are dependent on engagement and implementation

  • No specific outcomes can be guaranteed

6. Distinction from Therapy

Although informed by therapeutic principles, this service:

  • Does not involve clinical assessment or treatment

  • Does not replace psychotherapy or counselling

  • Does not provide crisis or safeguarding support

If therapeutic needs arise, this will be addressed appropriately and may involve referral to therapy.

7. Payment & Commitment

The programme is offered as a structured 6-week process.

  • Payment confirms your place within the Method

  • Sessions must be attended within the agreed timeframe

  • Missed sessions may not be rescheduled unless agreed in advance

8. Confidentiality

All personal information shared will be treated with respect and discretion.

However, as this is not a clinical service:

  • It does not operate under the same framework as psychotherapy confidentiality

  • Information may be shared if there is concern for safety or legal obligation

9. Ending the Process

You may choose to end participation at any time.

Equally, if the service is no longer appropriate for your needs, this will be discussed and alternative support may be recommended.

10. Agreement

By engaging in The Elle Fair Method, you confirm that:

  • You understand the nature of this service

  • You recognise it is not therapy

  • You take responsibility for your participation

  • You agree to the structure and boundaries outlined above

This work is designed for those ready to engage differently — not just in understanding patterns, but in actively changing them.
